Chris Lake is currently the Senior Director of SoftwareOne's ServiceNow Practice, where they lead a team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions in business process consulting. Previously, Chris served as a Business Strategist for the City of Calgary, where they managed various strategic initiatives, including organizational redefinition and innovation development. With extensive experience as a management consultant, Chris has a strong focus on facilitating meaningful change and enhancing collaboration within teams. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Applied Financial Services from Mount Royal University and a Change Management Certificate from Prosci.
