Corina Andronache

Corina Andronache is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development (L&D), currently serving as the Global Learning Operations Leader at SoftwareOne since July 2019. In this role, Corina has established and led a team to support the Global L&D team's learning solutions, while also developing governance frameworks for L&D policies and processes. Previously, Corina held key positions at Microsoft as an L&D Specialist and Super Administrator for Learning Management Systems, and at Bombardier Transportation as an L&D Advisor, contributing to global onboarding processes and competency frameworks. Corina’s earlier experience includes roles at PwC and OMV Petrom, focusing on training analysis, budget management, and program coordination. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology and certification as an Associate Member of the CIPD.
