Darla Mitchell, MBA, is currently serving as an Enterprise Account Leader and Solution Sales Leader at SoftwareOne since January 2024. As a volunteer Girl Scout Troop Leader, Darla has taken on the role of Founder and Leader for girls in Kindergarten through 4th grade since May 2022, earning the title of 2023 Troop Leader Rookie of the Year. Prior roles include Director at IBM (April 2021 - January 2024), where significant strategies were implemented to enhance IT capabilities, and Partner at DXC Technology (May 2016 - August 2020), leading global sales strategies and managing high-revenue accounts.
