Érika Mattos has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as a Vendas internas at Tripla since January 2025. Previously, Érika worked at SoftwareONE for nearly a decade, holding roles such as Sales Development Representative with a focus on Lead Intelligence, and Inside Sales, along with responsibilities as a Gerente de contas managing SMB client relations and pipeline management using the Solution Selling methodology. Additionally, Érika has experience as a Marketing Specialist at SoftwareONE Brasil and has held positions in HR and sales assistance at Master Brasil | Contact Center. Érika holds a degree from UNOPAR - Universidade Norte do Paraná, obtained between June 2019 and July 2022.
