Fernando Silva, PMP, is a professional with over 17 years of experience in IT, specializing in support, training, software development, IT service management, business process analysis, service quality, and project management. They currently serve as the Head of PMO at SoftwareOne, after holding various roles including Global IT Project Manager and IT Infrastructure Engineer. Fernando's earlier experience includes positions as an IT Coordinator at Unilever and a Project Manager at Almawave.
