Jay Wetterau is an experienced DEIB consultant and corporate lawyer with a robust background in inclusiveness and diversity initiatives. They served as the Global Inclusiveness and Diversity Officer, as well as the US Securities Lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP from 2009 to 2011. Jay later held the position of Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Farrer & Co from 2015 to 2016, and became the Head of Inclusiveness and Diversity at Fieldfisher from 2016 to 2024. Currently, Jay is the Global Employee Experience and DEIB Lead at SoftwareOne, demonstrating a continued commitment to advancing diversity and employee experience in corporate environments. Jay holds degrees from both the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and Saint Joseph's University.
