Jennifer Munson

Jennifer Munson has a strong background in software asset management and IT infrastructure management. Jennifer currently works at SoftwareONE as a Software Lifecycle Management Team Lead and previously held the position of Senior Software Lifecycle Management Consultant. Prior to joining SoftwareONE, Jennifer worked at FIS as a Software Licensing Specialist, managing a team of Software Asset Managers and later transitioning to a technical lead role. Jennifer also worked at VWR, where they held various roles including Manager Asset Management and ITSM Migration Project Manager, Data Center Operations Manager, NA, and Global Infrastructure Release Manager and Software Asset Manager. Jennifer's career began at Maintech as a Unix Systems Engineer and they also gained experience at LSI Corporation and Computer Aid, Inc. in Unix Systems Administrator roles. Jennifer started their career at Air Products as a Unix Administrator.

Jennifer Munson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Latin American Studies from Muhlenberg College, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their degree, they hold a certification as a FinOps Certified Practitioner (FOCP) from The Linux Foundation, which they obtained in October 2023.
