Jo Glass

Jo Glass currently serves as the Global Partner Lead for Google at SoftwareOne, as well as the Chief of Staff to the Executive Board and VP of Strategic Programs since joining in June 2021. Jo is also a Co-Founder of EKLYPSS Advisory & Executive Coaching services, providing strategic advisory and coaching to executives and organizations since March 2020. Prior to this, Jo led various operational roles at Rackspace Technology from May 2006 to May 2021, including Director of Strategic Operations, where responsibilities encompassed large-scale business transformations and operational management across multiple regions. Earlier career experience includes roles at Cable & Wireless Communications, where Jo managed global service operations and customer migrations. Jo holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Liverpool and completed executive education in Business Administration and Management at The University of Texas at Austin.
