John Duque has extensive experience in application services and technology management, having held various leadership roles at Intergrupo from 2012 to 2014, including Gerente de Procesos y Tecnología IG Services and Director of Software Engineering Strategy. Currently, they serve as the Application Services Principal Consultant at SoftwareOne Canada after being the NORAM Application Services Business Owner at SoftwareONE from 2021 to 2024. John Duque is pursuing a Master’s degree in Digital Business Management at Universitat de Barcelona and continues their education at Universidad EAFIT. They earned an Ingeniero de Sistemas degree from Universidad Escuela de Administración y Finanzas y Tecnologías between 1996 and 2003.
