Lay Kim Lee

Lay Kim Lee, a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Chartered Accountant in Singapore, currently serves as the Head of Finance at SoftwareOne since April 2025. Previously, Lay was the Head of Accounting for the Asia Pacific region at Yunex Traffic, overseeing eight entities across Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, China, and India, with expertise in construction contracts and compliance with local GAAP and IFRS. Lay's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Audit Manager at Foo Kon Tan, managing diverse client portfolios, and as Deputy Manager of Financial Planning at the Land Transport Authority in Singapore. Additionally, Lay has served as Audit Manager at PwC Singapore and as Senior Audit Associate at KPMG Malaysia, building a strong foundation in audit and financial management through various industry engagements. Lay holds an Advanced Diploma in Commerce from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College.
