Lukas Zima has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Lukas currently works at SoftwareONE as the CEE Customer Service Delivery Lead for Legacy services. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Of Staff at CEE Services in the same company. From 2018 to 2022, Lukas worked at SoftwareONE Czech Republic, where they served as the Head of Services CZ&SK and was responsible for managing several services teams. Lukas also held the position of Head of Presales & Marketing, leading presales and marketing teams and focusing on the company's business results and transformation. Before joining SoftwareONE, Lukas worked at Samsung Electronics as the Head of IT division, Manager of the IT B2B department, Manager of the Aircon department, and Channel Manager in B2B sales. Lukas began their career at AutoCont CZ a.s. as a Junior Operation Manager and later joined Finet Computers spol. s r.o. as an Account Manager and Operation Director.

Lukas Zima's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the College of Information Management and Business Administration, which they pursued from 2015 to 2018. Their field of study during their master's program was focused on sales and customer care management. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2014, Lukas earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business administration and information management from Vysoká škola manažerské informatiky a ekonomiky. Additionally, Lukas completed their high school education at Gymnázium Voděradská from 1994 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Lukas Zima has obtained several certifications. These include the STAR® Manager Practitioner from Notion - STAR® Manager, which they obtained in November 2023. Lukas also completed certifications such as "Be the Manager Who Fights for Their Team" and "Sales Pipeline Management" from LinkedIn, obtained in June 2022. Lukas also obtained the GRASSROOTS LEADER (UEFA GRASSROOTS PROGRAMME) certification from FAČR in July 2018. Furthermore, they completed the LEADING STRATEGIC INNOVATION certification from Samsung Electronics in November 2016 and obtained the FACR C Coaching license from the Football Association of the Czech Republic in June 2019.
