Manuel Middendorp

Manuel Middendorp is currently the Director of ITAM, FinOps, and Procurement Services for Western Europe and Africa at SoftwareOne, where they oversee service delivery across multiple countries and focus on enhancing customer experiences. Previously, Manuel held various roles at PC-WARE Information Technologies BV, including Teamleader Profit and Manager Inside Sales, before moving on to SoftwareONE Nederland as Team Lead for Microsoft Advisory Services and Customer Service Delivery Lead. Manuel earned a degree in Commercial Economy from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences between 1998 and 2004. Their extensive experience encompasses strategy development, process optimization, and team management in the IT sector.
