Prior to SoftwareOne, Naima held positions at Softcell Technologies Limited and Mindlance, focusing on account management and driving sales for Microsoft Solutions. Early career experiences include roles at Softcell Technologies and Veeras Infotek Pvt Ltd, emphasizing lead generation and sales support. Naima holds an MBA in Marketing from Annamalai University, a BBM from Karnataka State Open University, and a certificate in corporate consulting from The Miller Wyman Training Inc.
