Simon Bishop

Simon Bishop is an experienced global talent acquisition leader with a demonstrated history of managing recruitment strategies and employer branding across diverse organizations. Since August 2016, Simon has served as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at SoftwareOne, overseeing talent acquisition initiatives across 90 locations. Prior to this, Simon held roles at Xchanging, including Global Head of Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment from graduate to executive levels. Earlier experiences include managing resourcing and client services at Resources Global Professionals, senior consulting in financial services at Martin Ward Anderson, and sales and marketing management at Swiss Life AG. Simon graduated with a BA in English from the University of Exeter in 2000.
