Sylvie Martin

Sylvie Martin currently serves as the Global Head of People and Culture for Software and Cloud at SoftwareOne, where responsibilities include transforming the organization and establishing people-related performance metrics. Prior to this role, Sylvie held the position of HR Lead for Western Switzerland at KPMG, focusing on talent and employee engagement strategies while championing diversity and inclusion. Experience also includes serving as Global Human Resources Director at DXC Technology, where Sylvie led the people agenda post-merger, as well as various HR leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Compaq Computer, Novartis, and Ciba-Geigy. Sylvie's educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Miami and a Lic. Sc. Pol. in Political Science from the University of Lausanne.
