Thomas Kubazki

Thomas Kubazki is a Regional Talent Acquisition Leader for EMEA at SoftwareOne, where they lead and develop talent acquisition and employer branding strategies across multiple countries. Prior to this role, Thomas served as Head of Recruiting at ATOSS Software AG, establishing recruitment operations in Germany and Romania, and held positions in executive search consulting and talent acquisition management at GEMINI Executive Search, HOERBIGER, and LAB & Company. With extensive experience in technology-driven environments, Thomas has a proven track record in building international recruitment structures. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München.
