Ashley Ward

Ashley Ward has a diverse work experience. In 2013, they served as a Restaurant Manager at Chili's until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Manager of Sales Coordination at National Signs. In 2018, they joined Softway as a Senior Manager Learning Development until 2020 when they became the Director of Customer Success. In 2021, they co-founded Culture+ and currently serves as its Co-Founder. Additionally, they worked as a Content Manager / Publishing Assistant at The N2 Company from 2021 to 2022.

Ashley Ward obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition, Ashley has earned various certifications throughout their career. Ashley became an IDI Qualified Administrator through IDI, LLC in January 2021. Prior to that, in May 2019, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org.
