Jeffrey Ma is an experienced director in digital products and experiences, currently serving at Softway since July 2013, while also co-founding Culture+ in September 2021. Prior experience includes leadership roles in quality assurance at TimeGate Studios and Trion Worlds, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing testing teams, delivering project reports, and representing departments at industry events. Earlier positions at Aspyr Media involved coordinating production and leading QA teams, demonstrating expertise in project testing and product presentation. Jeffrey Ma holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 2006.
