Lacee Maxedon

Lacee Maxedon has extensive experience in project management and human resources, currently serving as Chief Of Staff at Softway since March 2019, following roles as Senior Project & Strategy Manager and Project Manager, Operations. Prior to Softway, Lacee worked at francesca’s® from April 2010 to February 2019, holding various positions including Manager of Human Resources and Project Manager in both Corporate and Boutique Operations. Notably, Lacee led new store openings and managed team performance to enhance sales and guest experiences. Earlier experience includes serving as Store Manager at Hollister Co. Lacee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Middle Tennessee State University, completed in 2008.
