Mohammad Anwar

Mohammad Anwar is the President & Co-Founder of Softway, a business-to-employee (B2E) solutions company. Prior to founding Softway, Anwar served as the Chief Technology Officer of Torch Energy Solutions, LLC from January 2014 to June 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the company's overall technical strategy and execution.

Anwar has also served as President / Owner of Parabox Creative, a software development studio, from March 2014 to June 2018. During their tenure at Parabox Creative, Anwar led the company to become one of the most respected studios in the industry, known for their cutting-edge technology and innovative products.

Anwar's passion for helping companies build better relationships with their employees led him to start Softway in 2018. With over 200 employees located around the world, Softway provides companies with the products, services, live events, and leadership insights they need to endear teams to each other and build business resilience.

Mohammad Anwar has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Houston and a certification from IDI, LLC in IDI Qualified Administrator. Mohammad attended Maur Hill Prep School for their high school education.
