Michael Hajaj

Michael Hajaj is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as VP Finance at REE Automotive since August 2019, Michael previously held the position of CFO at Babylon from July 2014 to June 2019, overseeing all financial operations and legal filings. Prior to that, Michael was a Corporate Senior Controller at Orpak Systems, where responsibilities included consolidating financial statements according to IFRS and managing the finance department. Michael's career began at KPMG Israel as a Senior Auditor from 2005 to 2008. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Master of Arts in Law from Bar-Ilan University.
