Joseph Silcock is a Technical Lead at Softwire, where they currently oversee the frontend technical project for Rightmove’s new customer platform framework. Previously, Joseph served as a Senior Software Developer, collaborating with Channel 5 to enhance their video players and backend services, and also worked on projects for Baringa and the BBC. They hold an Integrated Master's degree in Chemistry with First Class honors, as well as a Master's degree in Theoretical Chemistry from the University of Oxford. Joseph also demonstrated leadership skills as President of the St Hugh's College Chemistry Society, organizing events for a community of over 30 members.
