Rares Chirca is a software engineer with a strong background in Java development, currently employed at Softwire since June 2025. Prior to this role, Rares gained valuable experience as a Java Software Engineer at Nomura from October 2023 to June 2025 and Phi Partners from September 2023 to June 2025. Earlier experience includes an internship at Keysight Technologies in 2022.
