Mike Steffek

Mike Steffek is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and product development within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at SoftWriters since June 2022, Mike previously held key leadership roles including Chief Technology Officer at Central Logic and Vice President of R&D for Homecare at Netsmart, where achievements included directing significant R&D budgets and implementing critical product strategies. Mike’s prior experience at Change Healthcare and McKesson further honed leadership capabilities across multi-state regions, managing large teams and budgets while driving innovations in mobile solutions and capacity management. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Operational Management Science from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business.
