Mauricio Solares

Mauricio Solares is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across different companies. Currently, Mauricio serves as the Supply Chain Manager for Central America and the Caribbean at Softys, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this, Mauricio spent nearly eight years at Ontex, progressing through several roles including Supply & Production Planning Manager and Supply Chain Project Leader. Earlier experience includes positions at Grupo P. I. Mabe - Ontex Affiliate as a Production and Supply Planner, and RSG RedSinergia as a Jr SAP Business One Consultant. Mauricio's career began at BASF as a Production Planning, Controlling, and Warehouse Trainee. Educational qualifications include a degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, along with a Project Management Certification from Universidad de las Américas Puebla and a Professional Program in Supply Chain Management from M&t Apics.
