Roberto Pradal

Roberto Pradal is an experienced professional in maintenance and conversion line management, currently serving as Jefe de Líneas Conversión at Softys since August 2018. Prior to this role, Roberto held positions as Jefe de Mantenimiento and Supervisor Mantenimiento at Celulosa Campana S.A. between August 2014 and August 2018, and as Supervisor Mantenimiento at Molca S.A Terminal las Palmas from March 2011 to January 2014. Responsibilities included overseeing pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, applying maintenance management systems, implementing TPM and 5S methodologies, scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, and conducting machine diagnostics. Roberto is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Engineering and Maintenance Management at Universidad Austral, having previously earned a Technological University Degree in Mechatronics from Universidad Nacional de Rosario and a Mechanical Technician degree from Escuela Técnica Nº 1 Dr Luis R Mac Kay.
