Thiago Costa has over six years of experience as a quality control analyst, where they trained and qualified both quality technicians and production teams while working on supplier qualification and audits. They have been responsible for monitoring validation projects for suppliers and overseeing the manufacturing of various final products. Thiago previously held positions in financial analysis and production supervision, contributing to financial planning and ensuring production targets were met. They currently work as a senior quality analyst at Softys and have also completed a postgraduate degree in Production Engineering.
