Todd Polando

Todd Polando has extensive work experience in sales and account management. Todd currently works as an Area Sales Manager at Sofwave since March 2022. Prior to that, they spent eight years at Galderma Aesthetic as a Senior Account Manager from July 2014 to March 2022. Todd also worked at Nestlé Skin Health, Galderma Aesthetic from 2014 to 2019 as a Senior Aesthetic Sales Specialist. Before joining Galderma Aesthetic, they worked at Medicis as an Aesthetics Sales Specialist from May 2011 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Cordis (a division of Johnson & Johnson) as a Cardiology Sales Account Executive from 2004 to 2011, Genzyme Biosurgery as a Cardiothoracic/Biotech Sales Specialist/Field Sales Trainer from 1998 to 2004, Genzyme Surgical Products as a Medical Device Sales Specialist in 1996, and the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer on the USS RAINIER (AOE 7) from 1992 to 1996. In the Navy, they served as the Navigator and First Lieutenant, demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills.

Todd Polando attended La Salle Academy from 1984 to 1988. Todd then enrolled at the College of the Holy Cross, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from 1988 to 1992.
