Sofia Libraro is a PhD-qualified physicist and material scientist specializing in photovoltaics, currently working as a Senior Microelectronics Engineer at SoHHytec. During their PhD at École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), they conducted pioneering research on high-temperature passivating contacts for silicon solar cells, focusing on microstructural characterization and degradation mechanisms.
