Sohma House is an integrative cannabis and complex care clinic based in Cairns, Queensland. We specialise in evidence-informed plant medicine, multidisciplinary coordination, and intelligent care architecture for patients living with chronic pain, neurodivergence, trauma-related disorders, sleep dysfunction, and complex comorbidities.

Our model operates through a Regenerative Health Ecology, a four-node framework that integrates clinical care, community wellness, practitioner education, and strategic consulting into one coherent system.

The Clinical Core delivers advanced medicinal cannabis consultations, complex chronic care coordination, deprescribing strategy, and structured case conferencing supported by Medicare frameworks.

The Community Field extends care beyond the consultation room through somatic programming, meditation, yoga, and structured group experiences that build physiological capacity and social resilience. 

The Institute trains clinicians in integrative and cannabis medicine, contributing to higher prescribing standards, improved risk management, and sector-wide professional maturity.

The Consulting Arm supports organisations navigating the cannabis medicine landscape, including clinical governance systems, regulatory compliance, risk architecture, operational design, and practitioner education.

The model is disciplined in structure and human in delivery. It is designed to be safer, more coherent, and financially sustainable without compromising patient experience.
