At Soho Project, we don’t develop or build properties ourselves—instead, we partner with investors, developers, and private landlords to maximize the potential of their properties. We specialize in placing, filling, and leasing properties to local authorities (LAs), housing associations (HAs), community interest companies (CICs), and charities, ensuring stable, long-term tenancies.

If you have properties available, we want to hear from you! We offer flexible leasing solutions, either by securing long-term agreements with housing providers or by filling properties directly with assured shorthold tenancy (AST) tenants referred by local authorities.
