Mark Ottaway has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Mark worked as a Freelance Writer at IOD (DiamondDemand) starting in October 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Lead Engineer at Sohonet from September 2018 onwards. Mark also worked at Guardian News & Media as a Senior Unix Administrator from June 2013 to August 2018, where they played a key role in designing and implementing Linux server build environments and developing monitoring infrastructure.
