Bill Rollins

Bill Rollins is an experienced Product Manager with a demonstrated history of leading product development and strategy across various organizations. Currently serving as Product Manager at SoHookd since March 2024, Bill previously worked at Capital One from March 2022 to October 2023, focusing on credit card email marketing utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Prior to that, Bill was the Product Owner for the GoToll mobile toll payment app at Transurban, overseeing product roadmap execution. Bill has also held the role of Program Manager for the SBA.gov platform at the U.S. Small Business Administration, leading Scrum teams in modernization efforts, and contributed to digital product strategy and development at Rollins Labs, where a SaaS web application was designed for international security management.
