Singles Oasis International Foundation (SOI Foundation) is a social enterprise that fuses skills development, entrepreneurial mindset and technological innovations to solve employment issues.

From 2024, our focus is on United Nations SDG 8 - to create decent, sustainable,and meaningful employment for all.

We create jobs for youths and women as rural researchers, volunteers, micro entrepreneurs, and local programs implementing associates. We collaborate with for profit and nonprofit to drive job creation across multiple sectors.

Our multidisciplinary fully remote team across Nigeria and the UK makes our culture and operations truly unique and inclusive.
