Soil Consultants Engineering (SCE) is a privately held, certified DBE, WBE, MBE Small Business, originally founded in 1960.  SCE is a full service geotechnical engineering, construction inspection, and field testing firm with a certified in-house laboratory equipped to provide all soils and concrete testing required for job completion.  We have successfully served the building community in the DMV area for 64 years.  

SCE provides a full range of services including geotechnical and structural engineering, commercial and residential inspections (including special inspections), third party inspections, construction material testing, E&S, SWPP, coring, forensic and post construction investigations, soil science, and land development management.   Our staff includes professional engineers, certified Virginia Building Officials, certified commercial and residential building inspectors, soil scientists, geologists, laboratory and field technicians, and capable support staff.
