Ross Graham

Ross Graham is currently the Head of Support (Services) at SMD, a position held since 2024. Previously, Ross served as a Project Manager at Assystem from 2022 to 2024 and at Soil Machine Dynamics Ltd from 2019 to 2022. Ross began their career as a Plater at Swan Hunter from 1999 to 2004, where they completed a four-year modern apprenticeship in plating, earning an NVQ Level 3 in Fabrication and Welding. They also held the role of Tracer at Pearson Engineering Services from 2005 to 2007, focusing on manufacturing processes and technical problem-solving. Ross received a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering from Newcastle College, complementing their technical expertise.
