Will Wallace has an extensive background in engineering and management roles, with experience in various industries including defense and manufacturing. Currently holding the position of General Manager-Services at Soil Machine Dynamics Ltd, Will has also served as the Head of Support (Services) and Spares & Ops Support Manager within the company. Prior to their current role, Will worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at BAE Systems and as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician at ENTEK International. Their career began in the Royal Navy, where Will served as a Petty Officer Air Engineering Artificer. Will received their education from Heathfield Senior High and Breckenbeds Junior High.
