SoilDri is revolutionising the construction industry with pioneering drying solutions for wet soils.

Our advanced, eco-friendly drying agents are a sustainable alternative to traditional lime. Designed to rapidly reduce moisture in high-water-content clays and subsoils, SoilDri transforms difficult ground into a more workable, stable state – keeping projects moving and minimising costly delays.

Unlike quicklime, SoilDri:

Won’t raise soil pH levels above 11.5

Is non-caustic and safer to handle

Offers a more cost-effective solution

Provides a lower embodied carbon footprint

By combining innovative moisture reduction and absorption technology, SoilDri products deliver measurable performance benefits across construction, infrastructure, and utilities projects. Our range supports:

Faster, more efficient soil drying

Enhanced storage and transport conditions

Reduced reliance on imported aggregates

Improved subgrade stiffness and compaction

We know that no two ground conditions are the same. That’s why we also design bespoke drying agents to tackle the most demanding site challenges, including soils with high sulphates, contamination, and excessive wetness.

Trusted by contractors and developers nationwide, SoilDri is helping the industry adopt more sustainable, practical, and cost-efficient methods for soil management – all while supporting year-round construction.
