De Wet Joubert

De Wet Joubert is currently the Environmental Health and Safety Manager at Southern Oil, a role held since 2025. With over 11 years of experience in safety leadership, they have developed expertise in legal compliance, auditing, and risk assessments, among other areas. Previously, De Wet served as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at both Amaro Foods from 2017 to 2019 and Lancewood from 2019 to 2024. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Geography, and Environmental Studies, as well as an Honors BSc in Environmental Science, both from North-West University. Additionally, De Wet has completed studies in Sustainability and Renewable Energy at the University of Cape Town.
