Allan Deplanche

Allan Deplanche is a seasoned professional in Lean Manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as the Lean Manufacturing Referent and Warehouse Engineer at SOITEC since September 2012. With a strong focus on optimizing manufacturing performance and leading continuous improvement initiatives, Allan oversees the productivity and operational efficiency of a site employing 600 individuals and manages material flows across multiple sites. Additionally, Allan has held roles such as Lean & Production Engineer, where responsibilities included conducting lean assessments and training staff in continuous improvement methodologies. Prior experience includes process engineering at SOITEC and a brief tenure at Alcan CRV, where Allan implemented key organizational changes. Allan's education includes degrees in industrial engineering from Grenoble INP and certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Ecole Polytechnique Executive Education and XL Consultants.
