Caroline ABEL

Caroline ABEL has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, having worked at SOITEC from 2013 to the present and at ST Microlectronics in 2005-2006. At SOITEC, roles include Product FMEA Expert and Internal Auditor, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring document compliance and conducting internal audits. Caroline also served as Product Leader for MEMS, Power & Automotive, overseeing technical roadmaps and client interactions, and as a Product Quality Engineer, managing change processes and maintaining product quality standards in line with ISO-TS/VDA 6.3. Currently, as Incoming Material Manager, the focus is on enhancing supplier quality management and implementing IATF requirements. Prior industry experience includes transferring manufacturing processes to Singapore as a Line Industrialisation Engineer. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Micro & Nano Electronics from Polytech Grenoble and an Engineer’s degree in Materials Sciences from the same institution.
