Esther Ye

Esther Ye is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across multiple regions including the United States, Belgium, China, and Singapore. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at SOITEC since October 2021, Esther specializes in strategic input on talent management, employee relations, training and development, and conflict resolution. Previous roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Lead and Regional Lead Recruiter at Cartrack, where Esther oversaw recruitment processes and trained teams in the APAC region. Esther's career began at Recruit Express Pte Ltd, progressing from a Recruit Consultant to managing comprehensive recruitment operations. Esther holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Murdoch University.
