Franck Poulet

Franck Poulet is an experienced professional in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, currently serving as the Compound Manufacturing Director at SOITEC since September 2002, overseeing the production of compound products such as GaN, POI, and SiC. Prior to this role, Franck held various managerial positions at SOITEC, including Manufacturing Manager for 150 mm POI production lines, Equipment and Maintenance Manager leading clean room maintenance for 200 and 300 mm production lines, Facilities Manager overseeing a team of 30 in industrial and tertiary infrastructures, and Maintenance Manager managing a team of 22 engineers and technicians. Earlier experience includes serving as Weekend Maintenance Manager at Assystem, where project management for head cylinders machining line installations for PSA (Peugeot) was the primary responsibility. Franck Poulet holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from INSA Lyon, completed in 1999.
