Frédéric Allibert is a Senior Scientist at SOITEC, where they have worked since 2008, primarily in the Advanced R&D group focusing on material and substrate development for micro-electronics. They previously held positions as a Characterization Engineer and R&D Characterization Scientist, where they implemented electrical characterization techniques and provided technical support to business units and customers. In addition to their role, they coordinated joint development activities at the Albany Nanotech Center. Frédéric earned a degree in Materials Physics from INSA Lyon and a PhD in Microelectronics from Grenoble INP. Additionally, they served as a Visiting Scientist at KAIST, studying the sintering of NbC.
