Hankel Chang

Hankel (Cheng-Hung) Chang is an experienced innovation technology expert at SOITEC, specializing in thin layer transfer technology for heterogeneous integration since March 2022. Prior to this role, Hankel co-founded and consulted for Win-Wil Technology Company, focusing on scientific AIoT sensors and platforms. At ON Semiconductor, Hankel served as Senior Manager overseeing operation and yield engineering management across multiple regions, and previously held managerial positions related to foundry and yield management. Hankel also worked as a Senior Manager at Aptina and held multiple research and development positions at TSMC, where responsibilities included managing 3D-IC integration and device development. Hankel’s career began as an Application Engineer at Hewlett-Packard. Hankel obtained a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Tsing Hua University.
