Ionut Radu is a seasoned professional in the field of innovation and research, currently serving as Senior Director of Innovation at SOITEC since May 2006, with previous roles including Director of R&D and Senior Scientist. Radu has held the position of Vice President of the EDS France chapter at IEEE since January 2019 and served as a Board Member at SCINTIL Photonics from September 2020 to May 2022.
