Lamia NOURI is an experienced engineer in microelectronics and nanotechnologies, with a strong background in product development and research. At SOITEC from December 2017 to December 2021, Lamia specialized in the development and pre-industrialization of Silicon on Insulator (SOI) products, overseeing product design, lot management, metrology, and characterization. Additionally, Lamia explored disruptive technologies to meet emerging market needs, developed multi-layer structures for RF-SOI products, and managed projects involving proof-of-concept demonstrations. Prior to this, Lamia completed a PhD at CEA focusing on 3D structuring of silicon at the sub-100 nm scale for applications in microelectronics and optoelectronics.
