Li Huang is a highly experienced scientist in the field of materials science and engineering, holding a Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University. Li began as a Graduate Research Assistant at Fudan University, where significant contributions included the development of pulsed-electron ablation thin film deposition systems and investigations into the effects of oxygen partial pressure on the properties of Mo:In2O3 thin films. Following this, Li served as a Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, completing a PhD thesis focused on internal quantum efficiency in III-Nitride-based LEDs. Currently, Li holds the position of LED Epi Scientist at SOITEC Phoenix Labs, specializing in high-power nitride blue and green LEDs, data analysis, and process development to enhance product industrialization.
