Marlene Bras

Marlene Bras is an experienced professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Process Integration and Prototyping Group Manager for the Communication and Power Business Unit at SOITEC since June 2008. Bras has held various roles at SOITEC, including Process Integration and Prototyping Manager for the Layer Transfer Solutions Business Unit and Cleaning-Bonding-Plasma Process Leader. Previous experience includes significant contributions as a Principal Engineer during the startup of a new SOI manufacturing plant in Singapore. With a strong focus on process development and improvement, Marlene has led initiatives in metal contamination, chemical cleaning, and bonding processes to enhance yield and quality. Educational credentials include a PhD in Spectroscopy analysis from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and an Engineering degree in Chemistry from CPE Lyon.
