Mathieu Granger

Mathieu Granger has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as an Ion Implantation Equipment Tool Owner at SOITEC since 2012. Previous roles at SOITEC include maintenance technician for ion implantation and rapid thermal anneal equipment, as well as production supervisor for the night shift team. Prior to this, Mathieu worked at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives from 2010 to 2012, focusing on maintenance for the deposition department. Additionally, Mathieu gained expertise as a maintenance technician in microelectronics at STMicroelectronics from 2007 to 2010, where responsibilities included maintenance and project management.
